Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Deposits

  • A 50% booking fee is required for ALL appointments, regardless of treatment type or duration.
  • The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellations & Changes

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the booking fee.

Non-Attendance (No-Shows)

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of the booking fee.

Injectable Treatments (Botox & Dermal Fillers)

For Botox and dermal filler appointments only:

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will incur a 25% charge of the treatment cost.
  • Any remaining balance may be transferred to a future appointment at the clinic’s discretion.

Notice must be received at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Vouchers

  • Vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers may be redeemed against treatments or products available in clinic.
